Why I made this
For years I thought I was just lazy, messy, or not trying hard enough. I wasn't. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life. Suddenly, everything made sense. My brain was simply wired differently, but no one had ever shown me tools that worked with it instead of against it.
It was never about trying harder. It was about finally having the right tools.
When things clicked, I started building small, gentle systems that actually stuck. No overwhelm, no shame spirals. These are the exact things that helped me. I get so much more out of my days now, and my head feels a lot quieter.
That's everything you'll find in this handbook. The tools I use myself, made for us, from someone who truly understands the mess and the magic of a late-diagnosed ADHD brain.
With love,
Gillian
